Psychic Twins: Yes, everyone has at least one spirit guide and sometimes more than one. It is usually someone we have known in a past life. Angels can help us, but they never take a human form. All spirit guides have been human.

Q: What can I do to develop my psychic abilities?

Psychic Twins: To develop your psychic abilities, you can think of it like developing your muscles in a gym, except these are “metaphysical muscles” instead of physical ones. Meditate every day at a set time (early morning is best). Practice making a game of knowing who is going to call, what your friend will be wearing, how much your car repair will cost you.
